Sean Hathcock is the President of Healthcare Realty Partners, a firm he established after years of successfully advising healthcare clients across the Southeast. He leads the company's brokerage operations in Atlanta while driving strategic expansion into regional markets.
With a career spanning over a decade, Sean has completed more than 200 commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional, regional, and local clients. His expertise includes advising regional health systems, physician practices, and individual stakeholders on complex real estate decisions.
Before founding Healthcare Realty Partners, Sean served as a Director at a regional healthcare real estate firm, where he was responsible for leasing and asset management initiatives for large health systems while actively expanding the firm's tenant representation platform.
A Georgia native, Sean earned a degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. He is actively involved in the Atlanta community, where he lives with his wife and two children.
Vice President
Michael Bailey is the Vice President at Healthcare Realty Partners, where he brings over a decade of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio management, and strategic transactions. Based in Savannah, he plays a key leadership role in driving the firm's growth across the Southeast.
Prior to joining Healthcare Realty Partners, Michael held senior roles at AT&T, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Investra Investments, managing portfolios exceeding 11 million square feet and leading transactions across North and South America. His expertise spans asset management, lease negotiation, dispositions, and investment analysis.
Michael began his real estate career in 2010 and has since built a reputation for strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a client-first mindset. He has worked closely with C-suite executives, owner-occupiers, and institutional investors to deliver consistent, data-driven results.
A Georgia native, Michael lives in Savannah with his wife and two children, and remains actively involved in both professional and community initiatives.
